Important migration information for Textlocal customers

Important Notice: From 30th November 2025, Textlocal Messenger will be decommissioned. All existing Textlocal customers are being asked to migrate to Webex Interact as soon as possible.

Important Information for Textlocal Customers

By now, we're sure you've been introduced to our new messaging solution— Webex Interact. Webex Interact is the new version of our Messenger platform, where you can benefit from exciting new channels and tools to make the most of your campaigns.

Your current Messenger account will be unusable from 30th November. From this date all messaging capability will stop, including sending and receiving messages, broadcast campaigns, all APIs and any other product or service provided.

We encourage you to complete the move to Webex Interact as soon as possible as directed by our email communications. The comparison list of key features and services across Webex Interact is available here.

For Textlocal India customers, the platform was decommissioned on October 31st, 2025. Consequently, you will no longer have access to your Textlocal India account or the ability to send messages.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I access my data or reports beyond 30th November?

We highly recommend exporting any reports you may need before this date. The support team will have access to data within Messenger for 90 days once your account is closed. Data requests will be handled by support on a case-by-case basis.

What will happen to my Textlocal Messenger account?

If you do not make the move to Webex Interact by 30th November, your account will be closed.

What will happen to my pre-paid credits?

When you complete your migration, your existing Messenger credits will be transferred to Webex Interact.

For users that have existing integrations and are required to create a new account, the support team can help with the transfer of credits once your new account is completely set up.

If you choose not to move and have any unused credits that have not yet expired, you will be able to request these following the platform closure on 30th November. Submit a request.
