It’s easy to report on your SMS sends from the MY-SCHOOLS interface. First of all, you will need to access the “Reporting” section in your MY-SCHOOLS account. Then, navigate to “SMS Log Viewer“. Here you will find two links back to the Textlocal website.
The second link takes you to your Textlocal Messenger portal in a new tab. Hit refresh on the page and it will load the login screen of Control.
Please refrain from selecting “Forgot Password?” on the Control login page. If you have forgot your password, please contact support and we can assist with getting you back into your Messenger account.
