It’s crucial that the app provides a secure and private way for people to connect with each other, so the app developers decided to integrate an OTP (One Time Password) via SMS to anyone registering and logging into the app. This additional verification protects the identity of Social Bubbles customers by qualifying that they’re genuine, and therefore reducing the creation of spam accounts.
Social Bubbles previously used another SMS provider but found they didn’t meet their needs. They needed an SMS platform that could be easily integrated into their systems so the verification code can be generated and automatically sent to the user via SMS.
