Redeemer Church are a church in the City of Plymouth with around 180 regular attendees.
The heating in the church building broke and they needed to move venues at short notice.
Notifications about the move were sent by several methods including email, Facebook and twitter and most importantly by SMS message.
Sending SMS messages had the best response out of all the communication methods used. The church was able to easily communicate with their members and be confident that they would be received and acknowledged. Their use of SMS has been very positive with members feeling more involved and informed of what is going on.
