Photography by Louise is a Hertford based family portrait studio owned and run by Louise Hodgkinson ABIPP. Children of all ages are Louise’s speciality, particularly toddlers, babies and children with special needs.
Louise needed an easy, less intrusive way to contact clients and remind them of upcoming appointments.
In order for Louise’s business to run smoothly, she needs clients to turn up on time for their appointments. Sending a message before the appointment can encourage punctuality from customers, making it easier to schedule the day’s work and help to make sure appointments don’t start to run late.
Scheduling communications in advance can help to reduce time spent planning on busy days. Texts can be scheduled up to a year in advance, meaning that even appointments booked months ahead aren’t forgotten about.
The results we’ve had have been great. Everybody receives text, so if we call clients and they don’t answer their phones, by sending a text, we know that they will be contacted.
